Rates and Final Pricing

The displayed rates are JAK's base rates and are consistent across official JAK channels. The final rate depends on the transaction details, including series, denomination, condition, authenticity, amount, B2B/high-value requirements, and availability.

The final rate and availability are established after confirmation by office staff. Displayed rates do not guarantee availability or acceptance of banknotes in every condition.

Availability and Purchase Reservation

Currency and denomination availability may change. For customers buying foreign currency from JAK, a booking valid until the next day (H+1) may be agreed after written confirmation by staff and full payment or a minimum 10% down payment of the purchase transaction value.

• Sending a message does not automatically create a booking or lock a rate.
• A booking becomes valid only after staff confirm the details, deadline, payment, and completion terms in writing.
• Completion must take place within office hours and before the office closes on the agreed date.
• If the office is scheduled to be closed, staff will not accept a booking for that date or will offer another agreed date.
• Any change of time must be communicated and agreed again with staff before the completion deadline.

Cancellation and refund terms will be explained in writing before the customer agrees to the transaction.

Customers Selling Foreign Currency to JAK

Customers selling foreign currency to JAK must complete the transaction on the same day during office hours. A rate cannot be locked until the next day (H+1), and no payment or down payment applies to such sales.

Official Payment

Payments must be made only to the company bank account held in the name of PT Jakarta Arta Kencana. JAK Money Changer never asks customers to transfer funds to a personal account.

Always confirm the account holder’s name and payment information through an office WhatsApp number listed on the official website before making a transfer. Full bank account numbers are not displayed on public pages.

Corporate and High-Value Transactions

Corporate and high-value transaction services are available at all JAK Money Changer offices. Contact your preferred office; staff will explain the company’s supporting legal documents and identification for the relevant company officers, as required for the transaction.
